The Coiled Tubing Shockwave? hydraulic oscillator is a coiled tubing extended reach tool that produces both axial and radial oscillations during operation. The low-frequency oscillation gives the oscillation force more time to act on the coiled tubing, which is more effective in reducing frictional resistance. The bypass jetting of the tool allows the tool to have a lower pressure drop.
· Work can be started with a small flow rate
· It has both axial and radial oscillating forces
· More flow rate, lower pressure drop
· The low flow rate of vibration gives the oscillating force more time to act on the coiled tubing
* All-metal versions can be customized
