CT Dimple Connector

CT Dimple Connector is used to connect coiled tubing and BHA. During installation, the welds and burrs at the tail end of coiled tubing are removed in advance, and pits are made on the coiled tubing with pitting tools. The tubing is inserted into the inner hole of the tool and the pins are tightened. In downhole motor drilling, shock and other vibration operations, this kind of connector is an ideal connector. It can provide comprehensive performance of high strength, high pressure and high torque resistance at the same time.

Compact?CT Dimple Connector needs to be used in conjunction with the pit-making tool. The bolts on the pit-making tool extrude the coiled tubing to make pits in the same position as the pins on the connector. The pit-making tool is equipped with hammer to facilitate the loading and dismantling of coiled tubing.
